PowerPoint is also used in some courses. If you do not have a copy, you may view the PowerPoint files with the Acrobat Reader.

Technical Support

Live technical support is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. CST, and weekends, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. CST, by phone at (312) 996-5948 or through the online support option available within the CNM course.

New to Online Learning or Blackboard?

To accommodate students who are new to online learning, students are given access to the CNM Blackboard course sites approximately one week before the class begins. During this time, students are expected to become familiar with the course Web site and menu options. Activities during the first week of class give students a chance to get to know each other through the development of personal homepages and other introduction exercises.
